"While it's clearly not a 5-Star hotel it is worthy of stars. Exceptionally clean and neat room. Check-in was easy and the host is great. For the price and the location, it's a no-brainer! If I were to make one suggestion it would be, better pillows. But they are not terrible, just not as comfortable as the bed is."

Watch out for those nasty potholes on 260 between Show Low and Payson. We got a flat tire and a tow into show low late on a Monday night. The staff at KC were really great and got us a nice quiet room in the back. After I put the spare tire on in the car in the morning the staff came over to talk to me, again super nice and helpful. They even offered us a late checkout just in case getting a new tire took a long time. The new tire took a really long time so we needed that late checkout.

You can tell they take pride in giving their guests a great experience. I travel year round for work and stay at a lot of hotels, this is one of the best. I will definitely be booking here in the near future."
