"I give this place 5 stars not because it some top notch hotel. But for anybody on a budget, this is the spot to go in the white mountains. Big rooms, comfortable beds, exceptional customer service, very polite and nice office staff. The rooms were clean. Right next to food. All around a wonderful motel to get a room. "We ended up at KC motel after we had a horrendous experience at the Quality Inn down the street after we discovered bugs and staff that refused to do anything about it. Luckily, KC was able to give us a room last minute. The staff was kind and the room was clean! The hotel is out dated but very clean."
