The room was small but comfortable. For the price?; this was a great value. In fact, I've paid a lot more and gotten less."

"I was so impressed with the KC Motel! My room was well-lit and very clean, and my bed was comfortable. It was also very reasonably priced.
Not being sure if I could park a larger vehicle (a shuttle bus) in their parking lot, the management was extremely helpful with my reservation and even came out to guide me to a spot they had kept clear for me. They went far above what I had expected and were so kind. I loved my stay at the KC Motel! Thank you for making it a great experience!"

"Honestly, this was a little gem in Show Low. My wife and I were passing through and stayed here in June 2025. They have done a really nice job of upkeep and cleanliness, and organization. The rooms were clean; the service was great. The location is right in the center of Show low on Rt. 260 Right near some restaurants. A great little place!"
"Clean budget motel in the heart of Flagstaff. No there isn't breakfast included. But the rooms are nice and clean, they do have wifi and its within walking distance to a decent chunk of the Eastern Flagstaff and downtown areas."
